Facstaff are eligible for Labview access if they are in a University-paid position
Students are eligible for Labview access if they are currently enrolled as a student in a degree-seeking program at the University.

Facstaff access at UW-Madison
Faculty and staff can access Labview through the downloads on the Campus Software Library. The download and license key is available after NetID login.
Student access at UW-Madison
Students can access Labview through the downloads on the Campus Software Library. The download and license key is available after NetID login.
What's included in Labview for UW-Madison
UW-Madison licensing includes LabVIEW and additional NI software for teaching and research in system design, data acquisition, and prototyping. It also provides access to on-demand training and course content to support learning.

Licensing Models
Labview is site licensed for the university to allow for individual access for faculty, staff, and students for teaching and research purposes. There is also computer lab access for those who do not want to individually install the software through Computer-Aided Engineering.
