Canvas-Zoom Integration - Known Issue - "Apply to All Courses" button does not work when creating an appointment schedule

When creating an appointment schedule through Zoom-in-Canvas, clicking the "Apply to All Courses" button keeps the schedule from being created for any course.

Affects

Instructors cannot create Zoom schedules for all the courses at the same time through Canvas

Status

This issue is present as of 3/24/26. The vendor has been notified and is working on a solution.

Workaround

Instructors can still create Zoom schedules for each course individually, they just can't create one that applies to all courses.
