Bucky Backup - Maintenance Schedule
A weekly maintenance window has been defined for every Monday afternoon from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. If server maintenance is needed, it will occur at this time.
All maintenance affecting client connectivity will be preceded by an e-mail announcement alerting you to any potential problems. Exception: Monthly operating system security patching will not be announced in advance, but impact should be minimal. OS patching typically occurs on the 3rd Monday of each month.
During a scheduled maintenance, users should expect the following:
- All Bucky Backup services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
- No restores or backups can be initiated during the maintenance window.
