This document helps a customer who wishes to make a schedule, data retention or other type of change for their Bucky Backup node.

There are different options for backup frequency. These options can be changed at any time. Check the Change/Cancel Service page for details.

Possible Reasons for Change

  • The customer may want to have a backup more frequently or less frequently.
  • The customer may want to have backups saved longer or not as long.
  • The customer may want to change other options relating to Bucky Backup service.
