iOS - Locating the IP Address

Step by step instructions for locating the IP address of an iOS device such as an iPhone or iPad.

  1. Locate and open the Settings app.

    Find settings on the home page.

  2. Tap Wifi.

    Tap WiFi, the second option under Airplane mode.

  3. Tap the info icon. It is the i inside the circle.

    Next to your connected WiFi network, click the blue circled i button.

  4. Note the current IP address is listed by IP Address.

    The second option down under IPV4 Address is where you will find the IP Address.
