Opera 56 (Windows) - Using the Pop-Up Blocker

This document explains how to enable and disable Opera's pop-up blocker. For general information on pop-up blockers, see Pop-Up Blocker - FAQ.

  1. Open Opera, click the Menu (Red "O" in the top left) and click Settings.

    Click the O in the top left of the browser window.

  2. Expand the Advanced Menu and select Privacy & security.

    Expand the advanced settings and select privacy and security.

  3. Locate and select Content settings.

    Select content settings.

  4. Scroll and select Pop-ups and redirects.

    Select pop-ups and redirects.

  5. Toggle the Allowed button as desired. You can also black-list or white-list specific websites by clicking Add under Block or Allow.
