"Dropped" Spring Enrollment Still Appearing in Canvas

Users may notice they still have access to a Spring 2019 course in Canvas that they had previously dropped or removed in SIS. After a technical investigation, it was found that some users who signed up for Spring 2019 courses in November 2018, and then dropped them that same month, may not have their dropped enrollment to the course updated within Canvas.

If you have access to a Spring 2019 course that you have previously dropped or are not signed up for officially in the SIS, please contact the DoIT Helpdesk (https://wiscit.wisc.edu/CherwellPortal/WiscIT) so that we can resolve the enrollment.

As a reminder, any recent drops within SIS do take some time to complete and update within Canvas. If you just recently dropped a course, please wait 24 hours for an update to your Canvas enrollment before contacting support.
