UPDATE: Kaltura reported that the service issue was resolved as of 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 26, 2019. Kaltura users may experience long delays with uploading and processing of media files, especially large files (1+ GB size). Kaltura reports an ongoing storage issue affecting the East coast data center and has shifted all traffic to the West coast data center. While this action mitigates other more significant issues, it is the cause of the performance degradation. This announcement will be updated as developments occur.
