Issues with "Grades Unavailable" Message and Quizzes in Canvas (RESOLVED)

Starting on July 17th, instructors may have seen a message that stated "Grades are unavailable because the instructor is working on them" when trying to grade in certain areas, such as the Submission Details page. Additionally, there was an issue affecting any quiz that has been marked as an ungraded or "practice" quiz.
With the "practice" quiz issue, students could still take the quiz but could not view any of their completed quiz attempts. Instead a message displayed that stated "Your quiz has been muted. Your quiz score is unavailable because your instructor has not finished grading it." This issue was resolved as of 4:00 PM on July 18th.
Also, as of July 23rd, instructors should no longer be experiencing issues
with grading being prevented by a "Grades Unavailable" message in areas
of Canvas.
