UPDATE (1:52 p.m.): Kaltura recently reported that they have taken action to resolve the outstanding issue affecting playback. They are performing quality assurance on a fix and expect to deploy a code change in the coming hours. This announcement will be updated as developments occur.
UPDATE (10:07 a.m.): Kaltura has identified issues related to playback. Users may experience various symptoms including but not limited to player errors, issues with player loading (black screen), In-video quiz questions not loading, etc. The possible root cause has been identified and Kaltura teams are working to confirm and provide a solution.Kaltura identified an issue with Interactive Video Quizzing. Users may experience issues when viewing questions. Questions may not appear as expected and without notification.
