Users Experiencing 500 Errors in Canvas (RESOLVED)

Starting at around 7:14 PM on Wednesday, November 6th, users may have experienced 500 errors while trying to access and work in UW-Madison's instance of Canvas. Instructure was made aware of the issue, and the errors were resolved as of 7:58 PM that day.
