ISIS down 5/13 (6 a.m. - 3 p.m.)

On Sunday, May 13, the ISIS system will be down from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. for regular maintenance. In addition, we will be moving FirstLogic and a new "favorites saving utility" to the system.

On Sunday, May 13, the ISIS system will be down from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. for regular maintenance. In addition, we will be moving FirstLogic and a new "favorites saving utility" to the system.
Details follow:
FirstLogic
FirstLogic is a postal cleansing software that ISIS will use to help clean up address problems. It requires a new configuration for every user of address information in ISIS.
DoIT has written an auto-configuration process to update each user's computer when ISIS is reinstalled after the maintenance work Sunday.
If you experience any kind of reinstall problem, call the DoIT Help Desk immediately at 4-HELP.
