ISIS Error "PSACE or PSCACE .dll is missing"

We have added some third party software to the ISIS system to "cleanse" addresses. The software vendor is Firstlogic. The function of the software is to check and correct addresses that are being entered into the ISIS system. The software was installed in production on the weekend of May 13, 2001.
The user who has authorization to update or add new addresses via the "address panel" in the ISIS system will be using this new software. If they add or change an address that has missing information or is in some way incorrect the software will correct the address for them. For example, if one would misspell "Daytoon Streeeet". The software will correct it as "Dayton Street".
If the software was not correctly installed during the users re-installation of the ISISI client they may see errors when changing the address. The errors will probably indicate that a certain PSACE or PSCACE dll is missing.
