Attention: DoIT Walk-in and Repair Customers

This is a notice regarding DoIT Walk-in and Repair hours.

The Walk-in Help Desk and Repair are following the University guidelines in regard to employees and the COVID-19 outbreak. As of now (March 16, 2020), Walk-in and Repair will continue with normal operations.


In the event that the University or DoIT does provide additional recommendations for workplaces, the Walk-In Help Desk and Repair may be closed until April 10th or until the University resumes normal operations. Phones, chat and email will continue as an essential service.


Please keep this in mind when thinking about checking in your computer to repair as your computer may not be available for pick up until April 10th or the University resumes normal operations if it is checked in.
