Kaltura MediaSpace experienced an unplanned outage on 3/17 and experienced degraded performance on 3/18

On Tuesday March 17th, Kaltura MediaSpace began experiencing performance issues which escalated into an unplanned outage on 3/17 when users were not able to upload media. Kaltura MediaSpace had degraded performance on 3/18 which was resolved at 12:08 p.m..
Users were able to still access Kaltura MediaSpace, but were unable to successfully upload media. Uploads would pause and Kaltura would eventually display a notification that said Oops! Upload Failed:
Kaltura was notified. At 5:16 p.m.on 3/17/20 Kaltura reported that the service was back to normal and stable. Kaltura developed a plan to address the remaining identified issues but had degraded performance on 3/18. At 12:08 p.m. on 3/18 Kaltura restored normal functionality is actively monitoring the systems. The full incident details are available on Kaltura's incdent information page.
