Blackboard Collaborate Original/Ultra: Audio dial-in known issue (7:46 a.m. 3/19/20) - RESOLVED

Resolved (6:55 AM 3/21/20): The vendor reported that all services were functioning as expected.

Users who attempt to use the dial-in telephone number to access Collaborate Original or Ultra sessions may receive a message stating the call cannot be completed as dialed or get a busy signal. Those affected by this issue should use the Voice-over-IP (VoIP) option using their browser or mobile device. The vendor (Blackboard) is aware of the issue and is actively working to resolve the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience while the vendor worked to resolve the issue.
