3/26/20: Kaltura MediaSpace is down - embedded Kaltura media does not display in Canvas

On Thursday 3/26/20 at 3:10 p.m. users reported Kaltura MediaSpace (https://mediaspace.wisc.edu/) loads slowly and displayed error message or a blank screen. Kaltura media embedded in Canvas with the Kaltura-Canvas integration does not display.
[UPDATE 3/26/20 at 3:40 p.m.] Kaltura MediaSpace and the Canvas integration are working normally.
UW System's declared and closed an outage. We expect more details to be released on Kaltura's incident report page. The general status of Kaltura services is available on status.kaltura.com.
