Canvas - Known Issue with SCORM and Browsers (UPDATED)

We've been made aware of a known issue in Canvas with SCORM assignments and certain browsers. When a SCORM assignment is created in a course, taking that assignment as a student in one of the affected browsers only returns a grade of 0, regardless of the score that was achieved through the SCORM assignment.
The following browsers have been tested and reported as being affected by this bug:
- v 84 Chrome (Desktop)
- v 13.1 Safari (Desktop)
- v 84 Chrome Mobile Browser
- v 27 Firefox Mobile Browser
- Canvas Student App
As a workaround, please use an alternate browser, such as Firefox for desktop. For more information on supported browsers in Canvas, please see this document from Instructure.
