Kaltura MediaSpace - Machine captioning delayed (10/21/20 - Resolved)

Kaltura previously reported that Kaltura MediaSpace machine captions were showing delays in processing due to heavy use on Wednesday, 10/21 at 2:45 p.m.

Kaltura worked with the caption vendor to address the issue which was resolved on Thursdasy, 10/22 at 7:45 a.m. For more information please see Kaltura's incident report.
