Kaltura MediaSpace - Captions and transcripts not displaying on some videos (Resolved)

Captions and transcripts are not displaying for some videos hosted in Kaltura MediaSpace, as of Friday 11/20, 11:00AM. The issue was resolved on Wednesday, 11/25 at 3:32 a.m.
On some videos previously set to display captions, the transcript widget in Kaltura MediaSpace would open, but display a blank space and captions would not display:
If a user attempted to download the caption files, an empty file was downloaded. This issue was mostly connected to captions uploaded or generated on or before August 27th 2020. Learn@UW-Madison reported the issue to Kaltura support, who investigated and resolved the issue on Wednesday 11/25 at 3:32 a.m. More information on this issue is available on Kaltura's status page.
