Blackboard Collaborate Ultra recordings are not copying to Kaltura MediaSpace (Resolved)

Blackboard Collaborate Ultra recordings stopped being copied to Kaltura MediaSpace from approximately 6 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15th until 11:55 p.m. on Friday December 18th. Recordings started copying again at approximately 12:05 a.m. on Saturday December 19th.
While recordings were not being automatically copied they could still be manually downloaded and uploaded to Kaltura MediaSpace or into Kaltura from Canvas. Learn@UW-Madison contacted UW System who investigated and resolved the issue.
