Canvas - Rich Content Editor Errors (1/13/21) [RESOLVED]

Starting at around 12:00 PM on January 13th, users may have experienced errors while working in the Rich Content Editor (RCE) tool in Canvas, including being unable to access the "Files" tab.
Instructure was made aware of the issue, and after investigating, applied a fix at approximately 1:20 PM. For more information on the incident, please see Instructure's status page.
