Canvas - Delay in New User Accounts Being Created (6/15) [RESOLVED]

Starting approximately June 11th and ending on June 20th, an issue was causing a delay to adding any users assigned new or updated NetIDs into Canvas.
Any user (student, instructor, etc.) with a newly created UW-Madison NetID or a newly updated NetID may not have been able to access Canvas while this issue was present. The problem has been corrected, and the process for new users gaining access to Canvas has returned to normal.
