Engage - Engage eReader (RedShelf) Service Disruption

At approximately 5:00 pm CST on Sunday, December 4, the RedShelf eReader used to access Engage eTexts experienced a disruption that continues to persist today.

Update (3:28 pm): A fix has been implemented. The issue should now be resolved. 

The RedShelf eReader, used for accessing Engage eTexts, is experiencing a service disruption. RedShelf is aware of the issue and is actively working on a solution. 

Update from RedShelf: "Our teams are using all available resources to restore access to the eReader. We realize this is a critical time for students, and we are doing everything in our power to restore service as quickly as possible. You can check our website for up-to-date information on this issue until it is resolved."

The Learn@UW Madison team is monitoring the situation and will provide updates here when available. The status of the eReader can also be viewed on RedShelf's status page here: https://status.redshelf.com/ 

This affects students and instructors attempting to access an Engage eText via the integrated Engage eText link. There is currently no known workaround.
