AEFIS - Instructors and TAs seeing errors when attempting to view course evaluation surveys

AEFIS course evaluation surveys should now be available for instructors and TAs to view. However, errors are being reported by some users trying to access these results in AEFIS. Specifically, users will see "An unexpected error occurred. Please try reloading the page."
The Learn@UW-Madison team has contacted the vendor, flagged the problem as URGENT, and will continue to monitor the situation until the errors are resolved.
UPDATE (11:32AM CST, 12/29/2022): AEFIS is aware of the issue, and their product support team is currently working on the error. They will update Learn@UW-Madison Support when they have more details to share.
UPDATE (11:51AM CST, 12/29/2022): AEFIS reports that the issue has been fixed. Instructors, TAs, and staff now should be able to access the survey results pages, My Course Evaluation widgets, and the reports as expected.
