Engage - RedShelf eReader down for maintenance 3/18

To ensure the reliability of the RedShelf platform, the RedShelf team will perform maintenance and updates on Saturday, March 18, from 6:00 am CT to 2:00 pm CT. As a result, users will be unable to access their materials on the RedShelf eReader during that time.
Access to offline materials will remain available. To access materials during the maintenance period, students should download the content to access in Offline Mode (in accordance with individual publishers' content availability agreements) on or before Friday, March 17. Instructions for downloading content for an offline session can be found here.
This only impacts courses using Engage eTexts. Courses using publisher digital learning tools (DLTs) through the Engage program, or courses using digital materials that are delivered through other means will not be impacted.
Users can track the progress during this window and sign up for alerts at https://status.redshelf.com. Users will receive a confirmation email when the maintenance is complete and full service has been restored.
