Sitescope Monitor for resetting the Cold Fusion service is not functioning

Until further notice, Help Desk will not be able to reset Cold Fusion. For now, Help Desk will need to contact one the following 2nd level technologist to reset it:

Call, in the following order:
Dustin Thompto 5-9305
John Hilgers 2-7240
Victor Ponelis 5-9230
Pam Stangl 2-0409

Upon contacting one of the above, ask that the "Cold Fusion Server service" on Ntcycles be stopped and restarted.
