LEAD - Data feed from Engage eReader (Redshelf) is turned off

Due to a recently discovered issue with the Engage Redshelf eReader, the event data feed about eTexts to the LEAD learning analytics tool has been temporarily suspended. This means that no Redshelf/Engage data will be displayed in LEAD until Unizin re-enables the feed.
Unizin had to disable the Engage RedShelf data feed earlier this week after discovering serious irregularities with the event data, such as duplicate events and events not being assigned to the correct eTexts. Unizin is working with Redshelf to address the quality of the events. Redshelf indicates that they can have the event data fixed and running again in approximately two weeks.
