The "Print to PDF" feature in the Engage RedShelf eReader is currently not working as expected. Not all of the pages selected are printed, leaving an incomplete PDF. Unizin and RedShelf are aware of the issue and working to resolve it.

This issue has been resolved!

eTexts can still be accessed in the eReader, and all other functionality is working as expected, including downloading the text for later offline use. The print-to-PDF feature is typically used to save the text as a local copy, accessible offline or after graduation.

Iowa University's Engage team first detected this issue with printing to PDF. It has been further replicated at UW-Madison and Indiana University. Unizin is working with RedShelf, the vendor that provides the eReader.

We do not currently have an estimated resolution time, however updates will be posted as we receive them. Thank you for your patience as this is investigated and a fix implemented.
