Kaltura - Caption Editor "Error Loading Captions Editor" [RESOLVED]

The Caption Editor in Kaltura is giving an error.
Affects: Editing of caption files in Kaltura. Captions and transcripts play back normally, but cannot be edited.
Current Status: Resolved as of 1:00pm 9/9/24
Original Issue: Attempts to edit captions receive the message "Error Loading Captions Editor". Vendor has been notified.
Workaround: There is no known workaround.
