Unizin will perform backend updates during two maintenance windows on Tues, Oct 15, and Wed, Oct 16.
Upgrade Details:
This upgrade will be conducted over two maintenance windows:

- Engage (Note: This includes Unizin Engage LTI launches from Canvas and access to any RedShelf ebooks).

- Wednesday, October 16, 2024

- Time: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Central Time
- Services Affected: all active Context Store SQL instances
Impact:
The upgrades are expected to require only a few minutes of downtime, however, please be prepared for an average downtime of at least 4 minutes. During this time, the affected services may be temporarily unavailable or may return an error. If you receive an error, please try again after the update window concludes.
