RedShelf, the vendor of the Engage eReader, is experiencing an outage.

Update 2:

RedShelf has reported the issue resolved as of 2:21 CT.

Update 1:

RedShelf implemented a fix at 2:05 CT. They are monitoring the situation to see if access issues remain.

Impact:

RedShelf reported an interruption with their eReader at 1:39 CT. Users attempting to access their eTexts may experience issues. They are aware of the problem and investigating it.
