[Resolved] Atomic Assessments Partial Outage - New Assessments

Atomic Assessments is having an issue where new Assessments cannot be created.

Outage Description

Atomic Assessments Users are reporting that they are unable to create new assessments in the tool. Editing of existing is working and student access does not appear to be affected. 

This was first reported to the Help Desk on Saturday, January 17th. 

Impact to Users

Instructors can access the tool and edit exiting assessments, but the creation of new assessments (by going to the New Assessments button) results in a blank page. 

Resolved

The vendor found the issue and fixed it around 12:35 Central Time. Please reach out to the DoIT Help Desk if you encounter any problems moving forward.
