[Resolved] Atomic Assessments - No Students to Observe

Some students are receiving an error when trying to take an Atomic Assessment

Outage Description

There are some students reporting that they cannot take any Atomic Assessments as they are getting an error message that says:

There are no students to observe.

This has been reported to the vendor and we think it is related to an update that went out last night. Students could have lost access to all Atomic Assessments as of 8 PM Central. 

Impact to Users

Students affected by this error will not be able to access any Atomic Assessments. 

Resolved

The vendor put in a patch to fix this issue. Please report any errors to the DoIT Help Desk.
