Action Required by October 30: Replace Your Proxy Links

On October 30, 2026, Qualtrics will permanently retire the URL Proxy service. Any link containing "proxy.qualtrics.com" will stop working that day — including redirects, images, and meeting invites embedded in your surveys and distributions.
What you need to do — and where to look:
Audit these locations for any URL containing the string proxy.qualtrics.com:

Library Messages
-
Distribution messages within Survey Projects

Workflows (including trigger events)
-
XM Directory messages — especially those with inline questions

Any external systems that link to Qualtrics proxy URLs
Once identified, replace each proxied URL with the direct destination URL.

In short: find the destination URL inside the proxy string and use that directly.
Recommended deadline: October 1, 2026
This gives your team time to test replacements before the October 30 cutoff. Updates made after October 30 will not restore links that have already broken.
