WebCT Designer logon problems

We have been in the process of upgrading all of our WebCT servers/instances to WebCT 3.6.
We have been in the process of upgrading all of our WebCT servers/instances to WebCT 3.6. We upgraded uwmad.courses.wisc.edu yesterday, 8/16. We are running into a few odd problems with logins. One is that you login successfully, but at some point get kicked out of the course. This seems to happen to designer logins, not student logins. We are looking into the matter.
