ISIS Outage On Friday (05/04/07) RESOLVED at 10:30 AM

ISIS services were restored at 10:30 AM. This outage affects systems using student information including Student Center, Faculty Center and the ISIS web site.
UPDATE 10:40 AM
All - ISIS is back up and running - the tech repair did not take as long as expected - the ISIS public web site is also back up -- thanks for your patience
All ISIS staff users were e-mailed the following message.
ISIS will be unavailable until approximately 4:00 p.m. today, Friday, May 4, due to unexpected technical problems. This outage will affect all ISIS users, administrative staff and students. The cause of the problem is known and is being addressed.
We understand that this will cause disruptions to your ability to accomplish some tasks in your normal fashion and we will do everything possible to shorten the length of the outage.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
