UPDATE: DoIT platform problem fixed

The problem with our platform chiller has been fixed. The platform is cooling down, and nonessential systems that were taken down are now being brought back up. Things should return to normal soon.
A lightning strike had taken out one of the chillers DoIT uses to cool its computer platform. Due to the subsequent rising temperature, we had started shutting down non-essential platform servers.
