The following email has been sent to all Bucky Backup customers regarding an outage for Bucky servers 1 and 2 on Dec. 3rd.
Here is the email text:
Bucky Backup Customers:There will be a Bucky outage for all customers on Bucky servers 1 and 2 on Monday, December 3 from 11AM to 4PM. EMC will be applying an important patch to our enterprise storage gear. During this time no backups or restores will be available.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
