Learn@UW/D2L experienced a service issue affecting all institutions (UWS and UWM) on Saturday, March 22. Users likely encountered an Internal Server (500) error when accessing or attempting to submit a quiz.
UPDATE (11 p.m.): The vendor (Desire2Learn) investigated and implemented a solution to remedy the situation. They verified that their remedy was successful and confirmed that errors stopped occurring.
