Help Desk LiveChat Service will be available 7 days a week!

The DoIT Help Desk's LiveChat service is moving from a pilot program to an official service and is expanding its hours to include 10am-10pm on the weekends.
Starting April 6th, the Help Desk's LiveChat service will be available 10am-10pm, 7 days a week.
We hope you'll try this exciting new way of contacting us for all the same helpful service you've previously received over the phone, via email and at our WalkIn Service Desk. Chat has proven to be a popular method of seeking help as March has been our 2nd highest volume month so far!
