The 33.6k modems (661-0323) have been switched out of their busied out status. Anyone dialing the Express Pool (661-0322) should spill over to the main 33.6k pool.

Customers that had 800 numbers pointing to the Express modem pool have already been re-directed to the 56k pool.

The 33.6k modem pool will be eventually removed from service as analog service on copper pairs is much more expensive than digital 56k service on coax.

The Express pool has a bad power supply that is not planned to be fixed, thus that pool is not working, nor is it in our plans to fix that given the relatively small amount of usage on that pool.
