Learn@UW/D2L Service Issue Resolved (04/18/08)

Starting at about 8:15 a.m., the Learn@UW service experienced problems affecting UWS campuses (not UWM). Users may have experienced slow response and server errors. Performance was restored at 9:24 a.m. Users attempting to use the quiz tool experienced errors until approximately 11:58 a.m.
Learn@UW will investigate the cause of the service issue and will take steps to prevent this event from occurring in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.
