Charter cable modem post maintenance problems

After the maintenance this morning, some cable modems have had problems re-acquiring lock.
After the maintenance this morning, some cable modems have had problems re-acquiring lock.
98% of these problems can be fixed by removing power (not the coax) to the modem for 15 seconds, and plugging it back in.
Escalate other problems including the customer's modem MAC address which is on a sticker on the back or bottom of the modem.
