OUTAGE: PRISM users not able to log in

When logging into PRISM, users receive the following error: BEA JOLT, service is not available

Technologists are working to resolve this issue

Update: Gina called back at 0934 to report that the issue had been resolved. The problem was a caching issue on the application server. (DWagner)
