From about 5:25-6:30pm on 10/10/2008, one of the UWS app servers was unavailable.
Customers could get errors on login, or in the Learn@UW application, if they were connected to the mis-behaving app server. We powered the server off and on, and that solved the problem. We will continue to research the cause of the problem.
