WiscAlerts experiencing technical issues

The WiscAlerts text messaging system is currently experiencing some technical difficulties.
The City of Madison implemented an emergency text messaging system today, and it may be causing conflicts with WiscAlerts. Technicians are aware of the issues and are working on resolving them as soon as possible.
