Learn@UW - Problem with File Server Resolved

Starting at about 4:53pm today, March 3, 2009, until about 5:10pm, we lost access to the file system. Customers experienced problems with logging in, displaying nav bar images, content, and attachments, anything that involved a file. This problem affected both UWS and UWM.
We also had a problem with an app server, which we pulled.
