Learn@UW - 3/16/2009 Term Not Found errors resolved

From about 11:45am-11:54am, one of our app servers for UWS was displaying Term Not Found errors.
We re-started the cache service on the system, and the errors have been mitigated. We are researching why the errors occurred and why our monitoring processes did not notify us of the problem.
