Help Desk Phone Support Line was down from 10:20 - 11:00am

The DoIT Help Desk Phone Support Line (264-HELP) was down. A backup system was put in place until the main system was brought back online.
The DoIT Help Desk's Phone Support Line (264-HELP) was not working. The system was taken down at 10:20AM and a backup system put in place. The backup system had a stuck number in it, which prevented calls from coming through until 10:55AM. During this time the Help Desk Chat and Email services continued to function.
At 11:45AM the main system was brought back online and is now functioning as normal.
